Dear Valued First Vision Shareholder,

I am writing to invite you to our upcoming Annual Shareholders’ meeting for First Vision Financial, which will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 10:00am CST at our Tullahoma office located at 1401 N. Jackson Street, Tullahoma, Tennessee.  Shareholders of our Ordinary Common (OC) class of stock as of March 31, 2025, will be eligible to vote for the election of Class II Directors and the ratification of our accounting firm.

First Vision reported earnings of $4.5 million for the year ended December 31, 2024.  Our assets increased to $478 million and total deposits increased to $432 million.  We strategically reduced certain loan concentrations by decreasing Net Loans by $65 million in 2024.  This prudent measure reinforces our focus on maintaining balanced and sustainable  growth. Return on Assets was .95% and Return on Equity was 10.10%.  Our Capital continues to grow with earnings per share at $2.53. 

This annual meeting is an important occasion for us to discuss the progress and achievements of First Vision over the past year, share our vision for the future, and address any questions or concerns you may have as a valued shareholder.

We invite you to attend our annual meeting.  We are mailing you this letter, a copy of the Notice of Annual meeting, and for those holders of Ordinary Common Stock, a proxy form.  If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you participate by completing and submitting the enclosed proxy voting form by May 19, 2025, to ensure your voice is heard.  Returning your proxy will not affect your right to vote in person in the event you are able to attend.
