Dear Valued First Vision Shareholder, 

I am writing to inform you of our upcoming Annual Shareholders’ Meeting for First Vision Financial, which will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST at our Tullahoma office, located at 1401 N. Jackson St., Tullahoma, Tennessee. Shareholders of our Ordinary Common (OC) class of stock as of February 28, 2026, will be eligible to vote for the election of Class III Directors and the ratification of our accounting firm. 

Based upon unaudited financial statements, First Vision reported net income of $3.8 million for the year ending December 31, 2025. Our assets were $425 million, and total deposits were $368.5 million. Return on Assets was 0.88%, and Return on Equity was 7.98%. Our capital continues to grow, ending the year at $50.6 million. 

Unfortunately, First Vision lost one of our founding Directors, Roy Eckert, in June 2025. Mr. Eckert was a dedicated member of our community, and he is missed tremendously by our Bank family. 

This annual meeting is an important occasion for us to discuss the progress and achievements of First Vision over the past year, share our vision for the future, and address any questions or concerns you may have as a valued shareholder. 
We invite you to attend our annual meeting. Enclosed you will find this letter, a copy of the Notice of Annual Meeting, and—for those holding Ordinary Common Stock—a proxy form. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you participate by completing and submitting the enclosed proxy voting form by April 20, 2026, to ensure your voice is heard. Returning your proxy will not affect your right to vote in person should you be able to attend.
